The India International Exchange (INX) on July 31, 2026, issued Mock Trading on Saturday, August 01, 2026, from Primary & Disaster Recovery (DR) Site.
The India International Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session on August 1, 2026, to allow trading members to test systems and ensure operational readiness. Members can access the environment via BoltPlus (web) or through in-house/vendor-developed trading software, using the connection parameters provided on the exchange website. All user IDs approved for algorithmic trading are required, regardless of whether their algorithms have been modified.
The mock session provides an opportunity for members, especially those using third-party platforms or ETI APIs, to test trading applications under normal and exceptional market conditions. There is no change in the ETI API version, ensuring continuity for participants. The session will begin at the Primary Site (GIFT City), followed by a scheduled halt and transition to the Disaster Recovery (DR) site, where trading will resume.
The session timings are structured in phases: initial trading from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a short second session until 11:15 AM, then a halt, and resumption at the DR site from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Participants are required to reconnect and continue trading from the DR site after the transition.
It is important to note that this mock trading is conducted purely for testing and familiarization purposes. Trades executed during the session will not result in any financial obligations, such as margin requirements, pay-in/pay-out, or legal rights and liabilities. Trading members are encouraged to actively participate to ensure system robustness and readiness.
